On the 3rd day of competition in round 1, I watched The World Barista Championship taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark.via a Live streaming video from the other side of the world, one of the best presentations was by the Irish Barista Champion Stephen Morrissey from Ireland, his cappuccinos were beautiful and artful, watching him create his signature beverage was like a watching an experienced chef in his kitchen, he told the judges that he was creating a blueberry muffin and the way he created it tempted the judges with aromas it wonderful to see and I am sure the taste was extraordinary. Some of the other top presentations were from the Barista Champion Atilla Molnar from Hungary he had quite a unique presentation, he practiced for over 6 months and in his signature drink he used a combination of ingredients such as a rare Hungarian honey, marscapone crème, juniper seed, nutmeg flour and more to create a taste sensation.

Baristas from these countries competed in day 3 along with the other two mentioned above; Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, Lebanon, Sweden, Thailand, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Turkey, Japan, Czech Republic, and Russia.
