Specialized in breads, the School of Bread serves a breakfast divine, huge and tasty. All in a smooth and beautiful environment, well decorated and care. The school is in a nice sobrado in the Botanical Garden which belonged to the writer Jose Lins do Rego (1901-1957), author of "Child of Ingenio." By day, is a bakery, which serves coffee-breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. At night, is a bistro with delicious dinner and a great wine list!
The boulangère and pâtissière the house, Clécia Casagrande, formed by the French Ecole Lenôtre the house, and receives all causes each one that there vai feel at home!
