Gluck Cafe, Alvear 469 - Martinez, Buenos Aires

Gluck Café is a great find that can easily be missed.  Unless you reside in the Neighborhood of Martinez, in which case you are most likely a long time fan.  Gluck sits on Alvear Street, the exclusive shopping district in the Martinez Neighborhood.  Café by day and restaurant by night at the hands of Chef Paola Recht, their menu is quite varied.  Coffee is served impeccably.  Low acidity point, and most likely the richest and creamiest foam I have encountered so far.   Our favorite, Dulce del Leche Cheesecake.  This dessert as well as their assortment of freshly baked goods is hard to come by, including their specialty of chocolate pear cake.   Its all hits and no misses, topped with impeccable, service from their knowledgeable and helpful wait staff.
